The Minister of Creative Economy commended MS Glow as one of Indonesia's local brands that has successfully built a sustainable creative economy value chain. He emphasized that the success of a creative brand is measured not only by the quality of its products but also by its ability to create economic opportunities and generate employment through cross-sector collaboration.
“MS Glow is an example of how a local brand can grow by building a creative ecosystem that involves many stakeholders. The collaboration between innovation, technology, creators, and the community is capable of generating broader economic value while creating new employment opportunities,” said the Minister of Creative Economy during his visit on Thursday (30/7).
MS Glow has actively empowered a wide range of creative talents, including influencers, beauty creators, affiliates, live streamers, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to support its digital campaigns and expand market reach. This collaborative model has also created economic opportunities for local creators while strengthening Indonesia's digital-based creative economy.

Currently operating under the Juragan 99 Corp group, MS Glow employs approximately 1,000 people. Notably, its recruitment process is carried out inclusively by providing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and individuals with limited access to education, enabling them to contribute to the creative industry.
Rara Lingga, a person with a disability who now works as a content planner, shared that the opportunity to work in the creative industry has been a meaningful experience, as it provides persons with disabilities with a platform to demonstrate their capabilities and creativity.
“I am grateful that the creative industry continues to grow rapidly, and that MS Glow has given persons with disabilities like us the opportunity to work with dignity. I hope the Ministry of Creative Economy will continue to support and protect us so that we can keep creating without being underestimated,” said Rara.
