Minister of Creative Economy Strengthens Digitalization of the Creative Economy Ecosystem

Jakarta, September 22, 2026 – Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency, Teuku Riefky Harsya, received an audience with PT PYX Solusi Teknologi to discuss collaboration opportunities in utilizing display technology and digital visual solutions to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem in various regions. The meeting also discussed collaboration opportunities to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem across various regions.

Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf), Teuku Riefky Harsya, receives an audience with PT PYX Solusi Teknologi to discuss potential collaboration in the use of display technology and digital visual solutions at the Ministry of Creative Economy office, Jakarta, Tuesday (22/09/2026).

The Minister warmly welcomed PYX's presence in various areas and saw collaboration opportunities with regional creative economy departments. According to him, the connectivity between technology, local governments, and creative economy actors can expand product utilization so that the benefits can be dire ctly felt by users.

“This ecosystem is growing larger. PYX products can step into the creative economy ecosystem, which is currently growing rapidly. One of the roles of the Ministry of Creative Economy is to assist when technology-related creative products are collaborated with the creative economy ecosystem,” Teuku Riefky stated during the audience at the Ministry of Creative Economy office, Tuesday (9/22).

The Minister emphasized that the Ministry of Creative Economy is in charge of ensuring that the creative economy sector becomes one of the main engines driving national economic growth. The vast potential spread across various regions needs to be continuously accelerated through a sustainable ecosystem that connects creativity, technology, business operators, and the market.

“The Ministry of Creative Economy also functions as an accelerator and incubator. Through the presence of Desa Kreatif and Creative by Indonesia as accelerators, the ministry's function is to accelerate creative economy practitioners so that their potential can develop and deliver added value,” the Minister added.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT PYX Solusi Teknologi, Teddy Setiawan Wonges, explained that the company, established in 1980, originally focused on machinery manufacturing, including FMB requirements and dust collectors. Transforming since 2022, PT PYX Solusi Teknologi now actively develops LCD-based digital products that have secured 12 Domestic Component Level (TKDN) certificates, backed by a network of technicians and service points in the regions.

Teddy stated that PYX is ready to collaborate with the Ministry of Creative Economy through the development of a smart management system capable of supporting creative economy business operators. The system will integrate a range of services, starting from payments and logistics to promotions and sales through devices such as self-service kiosks.

“We currently build a system that integrates a payment gateway through cooperation with Ruku, alongside logistics and shipping involving creative economy business operators. We will also assist in preparing promotions and sales through kiosks such as self-service kiosks. We look forward to similar collaboration with the Ministry of Creative Economy,” Teddy said.

The audience was also attended by Deputy Director of PT PYX Solusi Teknologi Astri Maria Harahap and President Director of PT Thariq Mahmud Enterprise Sabrina Aisha Putri Eben.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Creative Economy was accompanied by the Deputy for Digital Creativity and Technology, M. Neil El Himam, and the Director of Information and Communication Technology Services, Dony Harso. This meeting forms part of the efforts by the Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency to open spaces for collaboration between technology and the creative economy so that innovation can be utilized more broadly by creative economy actors in various regions.
