Jakarta, August 31, 2026 – Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf), Teuku Riefky Harsya, inaugurated officials serving as Senior Executive Officers, Senior Executive Officers, Administrator Officials, and Functional Officials at Pesona Indonesia Film Building, Jakarta, Monday (31/8). The inauguration is part of efforts to strengthen the organization and ensure that creative economy policies are translated into effective programs that deliver tangible benefits to the public.
Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf), Teuku Riefky Harsya, inaugurated Senior Executive Officers, Senior Executive Officers, Administrator Officials, and Functional Officials at Pesona Indonesia Film Building, Jakarta, Monday (31/8/2026).
The Minister of Creative Economy said the inauguration was not merely about changes in positions, but also served as an opportunity to strengthen the organization and clarify the responsibilities of each official in achieving established objectives.
“Today’s inauguration is not merely a ceremonial occasion, nor is it simply about changes in positions. More importantly, it is a momentum to strengthen the organization, reaffirm responsibilities, and ensure that every unit is able to perform optimally in achieving the objectives that have been set,” said the Minister of Creative Economy.
On the occasion, the Minister of Creative Economy specifically instructed Deputy for Strategic Creative Economy Development Mohammed Ali Berawi to strengthen the direction and strategy for creative economy development so that it is more focused, data-driven, implementable, and oriented toward ecosystem growth. The strategy is expected to be translated into concrete policies and actions to address challenges and seize opportunities in creative economy development.

The Minister of Creative Economy also emphasized the role of Senior Executive Officers in ensuring that policies move from planning to implementation. Leaders are expected to proactively identify challenges, provide solutions, mobilize teams, and build collaboration so that programs do not stop at merely achieving targets.
“The programs we deliver must have a tangible impact on society. Your leadership will be one of the key determinants of the speed and quality of this organization’s performance,” said the Minister of Creative Economy.
Meanwhile, Administrator Officials and Functional Officials were directed to strengthen the implementation of their respective duties. Administrator Officials are responsible for ensuring effective coordination and execution of work, while Functional Officials strengthen the organization through their expertise, including analysis, innovation, recommendations, and solutions that provide added value.
