Bandung, 30 September 2025 – Deputy Minister of Creative Economy, Irene Umar, applauded the collaboration between fashion brand 3Second and local intellectual property (IP) Sekuya in their “Anime Gaming Collection”. Wakil Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Irene Umar, menghadiri launching Anime Gaming Collection, Kolaborasi 3 Secound X Sekuya di 3Second Store Cabang Riau, Citarum, Bandung, Minggu (28/09/2025).

“The creative economy is the new engine of growth. Indonesia’s IP potential is right before our eyes, with many having global appeal. This collaboration between local IP and 3Second is a real example of collective effort to advance the fashion subsector. Hopefully, it will inspire other brands to do the same, so local IP can shine at home and flourish globally,” said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene during the launch of the ‘Anime Gaming’ collection at the 3Second Store, Riau Citarum, Bandung, Sunday, 28 September 2025.

Deputy Minister of Creative Economy emphasized that this collaboration serves as a showcase for the creative industry, connecting fashion brands with local IP. She also highlighted the Ekraf Hunt platform, which maps the creative potential of people across Indonesia.

“We have Ekraf Hunt, like a treasure hunt to find hidden gems from all over Indonesia in a digital platform. The goal is to make IP or local products more discoverable. Once registered, the platform categorizes them, connecting creative economy players with potential partners or customers through detailed data,” added Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene.
