Jakarta, 1 May, 2026 – The AKTIF (Creative Acceleration) Music Program of the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency continues to facilitate music video production for local talents. This time, the program supports musicians from Bandung, West Java, namely Ega Robot Ethnic Percussion and Ade Astrid.
The AKTIF Music Program of the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency once again facilitates music video production for local talents, featuring musicians from Bandung, West Java, namely Ega Robot Ethnic Percussion and Ade Astrid.
“The Ministry of Creative Economy is responsible for all aspects related to economic value creation. In the music subsector, this added value lies in opening distribution and commercialization channels for musical talents, as well as managing their intellectual property rights,” said the Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, in his statement.
The AKTIF Music Program, which facilitates production and monetization for local musicians to enhance economic value and competitiveness, has previously reached various regions across Indonesia, including Aceh, Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta, Central Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, and Maluku. West Java—particularly Bandung—marks the ninth region reached by the AKTIF Music Program, aiming to encourage creative economy investment and optimize regional works in the digital market.
“AKTIF Music is an advocacy program targeting third- to fourth-tier local musicians to support the promotion and distribution of their creative works, including improving their understanding of the professional music industry and the management of intellectual property rights they own,” the Minister emphasized.
The music video production took place from April 5–8, 2026, across several locations, including Sanggar Seni Ega Robot, Saung Komando Ciwidey, Saung Gerengseng, and Tepi Gunung Nature Park. Ega Robot Ethnic Percussion produced the song Napak Jagat Pasundan with an ethnic collaboration concept, while Ade Astrid performed Goyang Gerengseng, which carries a Sundanese dangdut style.

This facilitation covers the entire production process to ensure that the visual and audio quality meets competitive standards for official digital platforms of the Ministry. The music video for Napak Jagat Pasundan is scheduled for release on May 2, 2026, while Goyang Gerengseng will follow within the same month.
“We express our appreciation for the support provided to regional musicians, which extends beyond physical assistance to include strengthening conceptual understanding and enhancing institutional capacity to foster inclusive and sustainable creative economy growth,” said Ega Cahyar Mulyana, vocalist and founder of Ega Robot Ethnic Percussion.
The AKTIF Music Program is projected to become a new engine of growth for the West Java economy, encouraging local musicians to become more professionally independent through a stronger understanding of Intellectual Property (IP). This aligns with the broader vision of developing the creative economy from the regions, expected to generate psychological impact and inspire other creative economy players in West Java.
