Jakarta, 18 April, 2026 – The AKTIF Music Creative Acceleration Program of the Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) continues to facilitate talented individuals from various regions. The Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, believes that many talents in the regions remain underexposed.
The AKTIF Music Creative Acceleration Program of the Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) once again facilitated the production of music videos for “Mulu-Mulu” and “Jangan Pernah Menyerah.”
“Collaboration in the music subsector should not only take place in major cities, but must also elevate creative talents from local levels to the national stage. This reflects support for the creative economy as a new engine of economic growth driven from across regions,” said the Minister of Creative Economy on Saturday (April 18).
This time, AKTIF Music provided support for the production process of music videos for talents from North Sulawesi, following previous initiatives that engaged local music ecosystems from Aceh, Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java, Central Sulawesi, Samarinda, and Ambon. In this momentum, the Ministry of Creative Economy is set to present new works in the form of music videos from North Sulawesi titled “Mulu-Mulu,” performed by Angela Kaunang, and “Jangan Pernah Menyerah,” performed by the duo Jesica Theresia Koloay and Aron Fedri Pualalo.
“The AKTIF Music Program is an ongoing initiative aimed at enhancing the capacity of talents in the music subsector across regions. The Ministry of Creative Economy seeks to create new works that are more adaptive, creative, and competitive,” the Minister added.

Through the facilitation of the AKTIF Music Program, strengthening both local and national music ecosystems continues to be realized to promote impactful promotion and distribution, contributing to the absorption of creative talents. The music video production series was carried out in Manado and North Minahasa from March 24–28, 2026, with enhanced visual elements aligned with the message of each song.
The music video for “Mulu-Mulu” is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, across all digital streaming platforms.
