“Creativity is not born from a single sector, but from the meeting of diverse ideas and backgrounds. National Creative Economy Day serves as a momentum to bring together all elements—from musicians, broadcasters, and digital creators to designers—so they can strengthen one another and grow together,” said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar at Lippo Mall Nusantara, Jakarta, on Saturday, 25 October 2025, as part of the National Creative Economy Day celebrations.
This message was delivered by the Deputy Minister during the Radio Ekraf X Prambors program, a form of collaboration that highlights the role of radio media as a space for expression and regeneration for young creative talents.
Chairman of the National Creative Economy Movement (GEKRAFS) Kawendra Lukistian added that National Creative Economy Day serves as an important reminder of the need for cross-subsector collaboration to strengthen the creative economy.
“Through National Creative Economy Day, we want to keep igniting the spirit of mutual cooperation among subsectors so that Indonesia becomes increasingly recognized through its creative works,” said Kawendra.
