Bogor Regency, 2 February 2026 – The central government held the 2026 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) together with regional governments at the Sentul International Convention Centre (SICC), Bogor, West Java, on Monday (2/2/2026). This event served as a strategic forum to strengthen policy synergy between the central and regional governments in supporting the implementation of priority programs for Golden Indonesia 2045.
Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya attended the 2026 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) together with regional governments at the Sentul International Convention Centre (SICC), Bogor, on Monday (2/2/2026).
The Rakornas, themed “Central and Regional Synergy in the Implementation of the President’s Strategic Programs Towards Golden Indonesia 2045,” was opened by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. The President emphasized the importance of unity in diversity as the nation’s primary strength in achieving the goals of national development.
“Indonesia is an impossible nation because how could a country with so many ethnic groups, races, major religions, and hundreds of languages come together, unite, and pursue its aspirations within the framework of a unitary state,” said President Prabowo Subianto.
He also outlined the nation’s transformation strategy towards becoming an advanced and modern country, including through the Indonesia ASRI Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful). During the event, President Prabowo was accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming.

The government is committed to strengthening cross-sectoral coordination to ensure the success of various national strategic agendas, including in the fields of economy, investment, energy, food security, and human resource development.
As the organizer, Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian stated that the Rakornas was attended by 4,011 participants from both central and regional government elements.
“This Rakornas marks the second year of implementing the 2025–2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), which is a translation of the President’s Asta Cita vision. During the first year, many achievements have been realized, as we have witnessed and seen published in public and in the media. These successes can be further optimized in 2026 through aligned actions between the central and regional governments,” he said.

The Rakornas also discussed three main sessions, covering economic, investment, and energy policies, as well as the President’s strategic programs such as village and subdistrict cooperatives under Merah Putih, food self-sufficiency, Merah Putih fishing villages, free nutritious meal programs, and the strengthening of law enforcement.
Creative Economy Minister / Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) Teuku Riefky Harsya considered the Rakornas an important momentum to strengthen the role of regional governments in the development of the national creative economy. He added that aligning national programs with regional needs will accelerate the strengthening of the creative economy ecosystem.
“Central and regional synergy is the primary foundation in making the creative economy a new engine of national economic growth, starting from the regions. Through strong coordination, regional creative potential can be optimized to drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth. With the spirit of collaboration fostered during this Rakornas, we are optimistic that the creative economy subsectors in various regions can grow more competitively and provide tangible benefits for the welfare of society,” said Teuku Riefky.
Through active participation in this Rakornas, the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency is committed to continuously strengthening cross-government coordination to support the acceleration of national development, particularly in making the creative economy a pillar of growth towards Golden Indonesia 2045.

The Rakornas was also attended by Coordinating Ministers, Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the Merah Putih Cabinet, the Chairman of the Special Economic Council, Presidential Special Envoys, heads of non-ministerial government institutions, the Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri), the Attorney General, the Head of BIN, as well as echelon I officials. Governors, regents, mayors, leaders of provincial and district/city parliaments, the Aceh Parliament, and the Papua Parliament were also present.
Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar, Secretary to the Minister / Main Secretary Dessy Ruhati, and a number of echelon I officials accompanied the event.
