Jakarta, 29 January, 2026 — Creative Economy Minister/Head of the Creative Economy Agency Teuku Riefky Harsya inaugurated 2 Primary High-Ranking Officials (Echelon II) to strengthen the ministry’s performance. Minister Teuku Riefky conveyed to the newly appointed officials the importance of carrying out their mandate with professionalism, integrity, and a strong orientation toward the public interest.

The two appointed officials are Kiagoos Irvan Faisal as Head of the Bureau for Communication at the Ministry/Secretariat General and Tri Wahyudi as Director of Applications in the Deputyship for Digital Creativity and Technology. The inauguration was conducted through an oath-taking ceremony directly led by Minister Teuku Riefky and witnessed by official witnesses and clergy.
“The senior primary officials being inaugurated are the best figures I entrust to strengthen the role of the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency in building a resilient and competitive creative economy ecosystem,” stated Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky during the inauguration held at the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency office on Thursday, 29 January 2026.
During the process, the officials were reminded that the oath of office carries a significant responsibility to the nation and the state, including the obligation to uphold and implement Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. In his remarks, Minister Teuku Riefky emphasized that this inauguration marks the beginning of a strategic mandate that is not light, as both positions play a crucial role in ensuring that the Ministry’s agenda runs effectively and delivers tangible impact.

Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky added that the Head of the Bureau for Communication holds a central role in shaping policy narratives that are clear, credible, and trusted by the public. Meanwhile, the Director of Applications is key in driving the utilization of digital technology to strengthen competitiveness and accelerate the transformation of the creative economy.
The officials being inaugurated are expected to serve as role models, foster a professional, transparent, and innovative work culture, and optimize the potential of their teams. Concluding his address, Minister Teuku Riefky called on all personnel to work hand in hand in carrying out President Prabowo Subianto’s mandate to promote national self-reliance and create quality employment through the development of the creative industries.
