In recent years, Indonesia has increasingly become a trusted destination for international concerts and performances. The presence of global artists in Indonesia not only reflects the country’s significant entertainment market but also demonstrates the readiness of the national creative industry ecosystem, ranging from promoters and creative workers to production technology providers and international-standard venues.
This growth serves as a positive signal that the performing arts subsector can become one of the key drivers of Indonesia’s creative economy. Concerts and entertainment events also generate multiplier effects across various sectors, including hospitality, transportation, culinary services, fashion, and local MSMEs that benefit throughout the event period.
Irene Umar emphasized that the progress of Indonesia’s creative industry is reflected not only in the scale and quality of performances but also in the economic impact generated for society.

“The creative economy is not only about entertainment; it is about how a creative work can create employment opportunities and stimulate economic activity. International-scale concerts like this provide tangible evidence that Indonesia’s creative industry continues to grow, generate jobs, and engage numerous local talents across various sectors of the industry,” Irene added.
The F Forever concert was met with great enthusiasm from fans. The vocal group, formerly known as F4, reunited with its audience through a nostalgic performance presented in a modern and spectacular format. Thousands of spectators filled the concert venue from May 28–30, 2026, to witness the performances of the members, who have long been recognized through their music and popular television series across Asia.
