IIMS 2025 is being held at Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, with the tagline "Your Infinite Autotainment Experience." This autotainment concept merges an automotive exhibition with various entertainment and creative activities, creating an interactive experience for visitors.
"IIMS 2025 is not only about cars and motorcycles, but also about how the creative economy ecosystem exists and grows alongside the automotive industry. Moving forward, we hope to strengthen the synergy between these two sectors through various programs and policies that support innovation," said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene during her visit to IIMS 2025 on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

She also noted that the automotive industry is one of the largest contributors to Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). She highlighted the presence of creative industries such as vehicle customization, local fashion, music, gaming, and handicrafts at IIMS 2025.
"The automotive and creative economy industries are closely interconnected and mutually supportive. The presence of creative products at this exhibition demonstrates that innovation and creativity are inseparable from the automotive industry's development," Irene stated.

She further explained that collaboration between the automotive and creative economy sectors can create new, sustainable economic opportunities. One example is the vehicle modification industry, which not only involves automotive technicians but also graphic designers, illustrators, and local artisans who contribute to producing high-value products.
Additionally, the gaming industry is increasingly playing a role in the automotive sector, especially with the growing popularity of driving simulations. This proves that digital technology and automotive innovation can go hand in hand to create a more engaging experience for the public.

The link between automotives and the creative economy is also reflected in the presence of Pergi Ke Bulan, a creative studio showcasing various visual arts collections and other creative works. Irene emphasized that this collaboration will continue to be strengthened to drive the simultaneous growth of both industries.
"I firmly believe that the automotive and creative economy sectors are closely linked. I hope that future editions of IIMS will continue to introduce various innovations, including the broader involvement of creative industries," concluded Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene.
