"This is the most anticipated session, where we can learn how to shift our mindset in association management. Instead of relying on external stakeholders, we should emphasize value creation for creative economy players as internal stakeholders so that we can work together more effectively," said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene at the event, which was held at the Ballroom, 2nd Floor of the Gedung Film Pesona Indonesia, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is a global nonprofit organization founded in the United States and is now present in 61 countries, including Indonesia. The organization is led by entrepreneurs with a minimum annual revenue of USD 1 million.

In Indonesia, the organization has expanded to Jakarta and Surabaya, offering exclusive membership to entrepreneurs who meet the minimum requirements and hold active leadership positions. All executive roles are held by professionals, and members support each other in enhancing their capacity, capabilities, and business skills, ultimately fostering business growth.

The interactive discussion attended by Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene focused on concepts and paradigms of entrepreneurship to strengthen the sector and equip entrepreneurs to face global economic challenges. She emphasized the need to build the capacity of creative economy association managers to ensure sustainable association management, thereby reinforcing the creative economy ecosystem.

"As an entrepreneur, I was already familiar with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. The knowledge and strategies shared today will inspire all creative economy sub-sector associations to grow. We can adopt and implement relevant insights on how this organization adds value in helping entrepreneurs stay a step ahead," said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene at the event, which was also attended by leaders of associations from 17 creative economy sub-sectors.

The event also featured members of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, including Yusuf Hasnoputro, Naraya Sulisto, and Haris Riyadi, who shared their experiences in managing organizations within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

"In line with its vision and mission to move the world forward by unlocking the full potential of entrepreneurs, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization helps shape us as entrepreneurs—not just in balancing time between business and family but also in managing organizations. The experiences shared here will be valuable in unlocking entrepreneurs’ potential through Peer-to-Peer Learning, Transformational Experiences, and Connections to Experts," said Yusuf Hasnoputro, representing the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
