Jakarta, 17 December 2025 — Three outstanding startups were selected as the Top 3 winners of the Ekraf Tech Innovation Challenge at Ekraf Summit 2025. The Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency expressed its appreciation for the achievement.
Kementerian Ekonomi Kreatif/Badan Ekonomi Kreatif mengapresiasi Tiga Startup Inovatif Raih Top 3 Ekraf Tech Innovation Challenge 2025 pada puncak rangkaian diskusi, kolaborasi, dan inovasi teknologi hari terakhir penyelenggaraan EKRAF Summit 2025, Hotel Pullman, Jakarta, Rabu (17/12/2025).
“Every idea is a piece of a puzzle that complements one another. Through this initiative, we encourage innovation not to stop at the concept stage, but to be refined, tested, and expanded in impact. In doing so, the national innovation ecosystem becomes stronger and Indonesian startups are better prepared to scale up,” said Director of New Digital Technology at the Ministry of Creative Economy, Dandy Yudha Feryawan, on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
Held at the Pullman Hotel, Jakarta, Ekraf Summit 2025 took place over two days, from 16 to 17 December. A series of discussions, collaborations, and technological innovations were presented as a manifestation of cross-sector collaboration, which is key to ensuring that innovation delivers tangible and sustainable impact.
The Ekraf Tech Innovation Challenge, as part of the forum, was designed as a competition to encourage the creation of applicable digital technology solutions to address challenges in mobility, transportation, and safety in Indonesia. The three startups selected as the Top 3 showcased solutions that are highly relevant to real-world needs and demonstrate strong potential for development and widespread adoption.
First, TransTrack, represented by VP of Business Development Ndaru Ruseno, presented fleet and vehicle management technology aimed at improving comfort and transportation safety, while driving efficiency and integrated digital economic growth.
“We are grateful to be selected as a Top 3 winner. This achievement marks an initial step for us to continue growing and delivering broader impact for mobility and Indonesia’s economy,” said Ndaru.

Next, NIRIKSAGARA.id, represented by Co-Founder Ryan Agatha, introduced a data-driven solution to support decision-making and prioritization of road infrastructure improvements, ensuring they are more targeted and deliver direct benefits to the public.
“Being named a Top 3 winner motivates us to expand the reach of our solution and strengthen collaboration with various stakeholders. We aim to support governments and partners in delivering more accurate, data-based policies, so that infrastructure investments generate maximum impact,” Ryan explained.
Meanwhile, Solusi247 / Wakatobi AIS, represented by Product Owner Oktanto Dedi Winarko, presented a startup solution featuring real-time position monitoring and emergency information delivery systems to enhance fishermen’s safety.
“This innovation was born from real needs in the field. Recognition as a Top 3 winner encourages us to further refine the product so it can be adopted more widely,” said Oktanto.

Through the Ekraf Tech Innovation Challenge 2025, the Ministry of Creative Economy reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening innovation based on real-world needs, encouraging cross-sector collaboration, and preparing Indonesian startups to level up and compete globally. The initiative also reinforces Ekraf Tech Summit 2025 as a strategic platform for national startup innovation and collaboration.
