This initiative is a testament to the Prabowo-Gibran administration’s commitment to improving public health as part of the development of superior human resources towards Indonesia Emas 2045.
Minister of Creative Economy Riefky stated that his visit was to directly observe the implementation of the free health check program at Darul Kamal Community Health Center. "Today, I am here to directly review the implementation of the free health check program at Darul Kamal Community Health Center, Aceh Besar. Coincidentally, 25 participants received a birthday gift from the state and accessed this service for free. This program is not just about healthcare services; it is also a form of the state’s attention to the well-being of its citizens," said Riefky.
He also encouraged the public to fully utilize the free health check program and help spread information about it to a broader audience. The goal is to ensure that more people benefit from it while raising awareness about the importance of health.

"We urge everyone to help promote this program. Many people may not yet be aware that they are entitled to a free health check on their birthday. This is a great opportunity to get a medical check-up at no cost, and some participants also receive medications based on their examination results," he added.
The Free Health Check (CKG) program is the second initiative implemented by the Prabowo-Gibran administration, following the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program.
This program allows the public to access free healthcare services during their birth month and one additional month afterward, making it known as "a birthday gift from the state."

The CKG program is a concrete demonstration of the government's commitment to ensuring public health, aligning with the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), particularly Article 28H(1) and Article 34(3), which affirm that every citizen has the right to proper healthcare services.
The government has divided CKG services into three categories based on age groups and locations:
CKG at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas)
Provided to children aged 0-6 years and adults over 18 years old during their birth month.
CKG at Schools
Designed for children aged 7-17 years, conducted annually at schools at the start of the new academic year.
CKG for Pregnant Women and Infants
Routinely carried out at Posyandu (integrated health service posts), with more comprehensive check-ups available at Puskesmas during the birth month of the pregnant mother or infant.
This program aims to facilitate early detection of potential health issues and ensure better access to medical services for the public.
