Jakarta, 14 August 2025 – Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, officially inaugurated the National Civil Servants Corps (KORPRI) management board for the 2025–2030 term as a strategic effort to strengthen the role of civil servants (ASN) in advancing creative economy development at the regional level. Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Teuku Riefky Harsya, memberikan amanat dalam pengukuhkan Dewan Pengurus KORPRI Kementerian Ekraf Masa Bakti 2025–2030, Jakarta, Kamis (14/08/2025).
The Minister urged civil servants to prioritize cross-sector collaboration to reinforce the Ministry as a driving force of the creative economy. He stated that within a month after his inauguration with the Minister of Home Affairs, a Joint Decree (SKB) was issued as a guideline for the establishment of Regional Creative Economy Offices.
“This move enables the formation of Creative Economy Offices either independently or as integrated units, which have now expanded to 19 provinces and nearly 80 regencies and municipalities,” said the Minister of Creative Economy during the inauguration of the KORPRI Board of the Ministry of Creative Economy for the 2025–2030 term at the Ministry of Creative Economy office in Jakarta, Thursday, 14 August 2025.
The new management is expected to serve as a professional platform for all civil servants within the Ministry to advance a clean, dynamic, and impactful bureaucracy for the public.

According to the Minister of Creative Economy, institutional strengthening does not stop at the formation of regional offices. The Ministry is also pushing for amendments to the Law on Regional Governance and the issuance of a circular by the Minister of Home Affairs to ensure that the creative economy is integrated into the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) and the Regional Governance Information System (SIPD).
This effort is considered strategic to ensure that creative economy development becomes an integral part of regional policy. The Minister of Creative Economy emphasized that broad support is essential, considering that the Ministry of Creative Economy is still relatively new, with facilities, regulations, and organizational foundations that continue to be strengthened.
“The formation of regional Creative Economy Offices can be integrated or independent. Previously, only five provinces and 18 regencies and municipalities had Creative Economy Offices, even if integrated under combined titles as an initial stage. Now, an additional 19 provinces and nearly 80 regencies and municipalities are in the process of establishing integrated Creative Economy Offices as a starting step,” the Minister of Creative Economy stated.

Reydonnyzar Moenek, Coordinator for Institutional Strengthening (Chair I), outlined four main programs of the Ministry’s KORPRI management. First, improving public service quality through bureaucratic digitalization. Second, strengthening the ideology and character of civil servants. Third, employee protection and legal assistance. Fourth, strengthening the welfare of civil servants, including empowerment initiatives in the regions.
He stressed that all programs will be aligned with the conditions and needs of Ministry personnel, ensuring that benefits are felt equally across central and regional levels.
“KORPRI must become a driving engine of change and innovation within the civil servant environment, particularly in supporting the creative economy ecosystem,” Reydonnyzar said.
The inauguration was attended by Secretary General Dessy Ruhati and officials from echelon I to III.
The presence of the Ministry’s leadership reinforces a strong commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, expanding regional collaboration, and ensuring the creative economy provides meaningful contributions to equitable development across Indonesia.
