Beyond personnel changes, the decision aims to ensure that bureaucratic performance remains adaptive, cohesive, and aligned with the direction of national creative economy development.

The Secretary-General / Secretary of the Minister of Creative Economy, Dessy Ruhati, emphasized that leadership rotation is not merely a transfer of positions, but a process of learning and adjustment in safeguarding the continuity of responsibility.

According to her, every transition of roles must continue to be grounded in creative economy leadership values that place integrity and public service as the main foundation.

“This inauguration carries a great mandate from the state, from leadership, and above all from the public who place their hopes in the progress of Indonesia’s creative economy. Like a machine, these positions are its driving components. If all components work in harmony, the creative economy will accelerate as the new engine of national economic growth. If one weakens, our momentum will be restrained,” said Dessy on Monday (12/1/2026).

She further stressed that although positions may change, exemplary conduct and the spirit of service must remain intact. The principle of rotating trust, she added, is part of building a resilient, professional organization that is ready to face the evolving challenges of the creative economy sector.
