Jakarta, January 15, 2025 – Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency, Teuku Riefky Harsya, welcomed an audience from the Tangan Di Atas (TDA) 8.0 Community at the Sapta Pesona Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Minister of Creative Economy Riefky expressed his appreciation for the young entrepreneurs within the community, emphasizing the importance of helping entrepreneurs advance and fostering more concrete collaborations to drive positive growth in the creative economy sector.
“The entrepreneurial spirit to level up must be consistently pursued through the development of high-quality human resources. This aligns with the principles of the creative economy outlined in Asta Cita—enhancing quality job opportunities, encouraging entrepreneurship, and developing the creative industry to continue progressing,” stated Minister of Creative Economy Riefky during the meeting.
He highlighted the role of the creative economy as The New Engine of Growth, capable of generating quality job opportunities through accelerated industry development.
“In developing the creative economy ecosystem, strong collaboration within the hexahelix framework is crucial. One key element is engaging communities that ensure the sustainability of the creative economy as The New Engine of Growth. Community involvement is also vital in supporting the Government’s quick-win initiatives as directed by the President, as well as the quick-win programs of the Ministry of Creative Economy,” Riefky added.

Meanwhile, the Tangan Di Atas (TDA) community—established in 2006—continues its mission to take entrepreneurship to the next level this year. TDA’s core vision is to foster and develop entrepreneurship in Indonesia through education, mentoring, and collaboration.
“We have data on TDA community members who are focused on the 17 creative economy subsectors. There's much we can accomplish together moving forward because entrepreneurship development cannot be handled by just one or two agencies. Additionally, we are organizing the National Entrepreneurship Festival (PWN) 2025 this coming weekend. This is a major event for the TDA entrepreneur community, serving as a platform for recognition, appreciation, and collaboration—an opportunity to connect business concepts with various investor networks,” said Eko Desriyanto, President Director of TDA 8.0.
The audience was also attended by Cecep Rukendi, Deputy for Strategic Development of Creative Economy; Radi Manggala, Director for Marketing System Development and Institutional Relations; Agus Syarip Hidayat, Director for Research and Strategic Management; and Fahmy Akmal, Director for Infrastructure Facilitation.
