“We share an understanding that Indonesia’s creative economy has tremendous potential—not only to thrive at home but also to go global. Future collaboration will span various fields, including culinary arts, fashion, crafts, film, animation, music, games, and applications,” said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky during the audience at the Ministry’s office in Jakarta on Monday, 11 August 2025.

Minister Teuku Riefky noted that the government, through the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), has identified seven priority subsectors: fashion, culinary arts, crafts, film-animation-video, music, games, and applications. These subsectors serve as a guide for regions to map and elevate their unique creative strengths.

“We will collaborate to optimize local strengths so the growth of the creative economy can be felt evenly across all regions of Indonesia,” added the Minister.

Nusantara TV Director Randy Monthonaro Tampubolon expressed appreciation for the Ministry’s structured strategy for creative economy development and affirmed the company’s readiness to support it.
