“We believe all award recipients have contributed to preserving the Earth as the greatest investment for the future. This aligns with the government’s vision of developing a sustainable creative economy that not only focuses on economic growth but also on the sustainability of culture and the environment,” said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky.

Sustainable creative economy in Indonesia has become a key pillar of national development, enabling creative economy actors to implement inclusive and environmentally friendly principles. The Minister of Creative Economy emphasized that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) strengthen Indonesia’s position as a global creative economy hub.

“All stakeholders share the responsibility to ensure that future generations can enjoy Indonesia’s natural wealth, culture, and creativity. We hope that through the Lestari Awards 2025, more creative economy actors, communities, and corporations will be inspired to integrate sustainability values into their works and activities. The awards serve as both a reminder and a driver for creativity and innovation to proceed hand in hand with environmental stewardship,” the Minister of Creative Economy added.

Salam Lestari!” said KGMedia VP of Sustainability, Wisnu Nugroho.

In his remarks, Minister of National Development Planning and Head of Bappenas, Rachmat Pambudy, highlighted the growing environmental challenges, including climate crises, air pollution, and energy uncertainty, stressing that all stakeholders must be connected and impactful for the nation.
