Jakarta, April 20, 2025 – Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, attended the halalbihalal gathering and 53rd birthday celebration of Deputy Head of the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH), Afriansyah Noor. The Minister’s presence aimed to strengthen ties and foster collaboration.

“I would like to wish a happy birthday to Mr. Afriansyah Noor, Deputy Head of BPJPH. May Allah grant you a long life, health, happiness, and goodness. Aamiin,” said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky at the gathering, which took place at Afriansyah Noor’s residence in Jakarta on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
The event was also attended by Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), Minister of Transmigration Muhammad Iftitah Sulaiman Suryanagara, Minister of Manpower Yassierli, Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer, and representatives of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI). Coordinating Minister AHY also delivered his birthday wishes to Afriansyah Noor.
“I am pleased and proud that Mr. Afriansyah Noor welcomed us into his warm and family-oriented home today. We are aligned in spirit and intention to be better individuals. Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky described the event as an initial step toward potential collaboration with BPJPH. He emphasized the agency’s crucial role in ensuring halal standards for products and services, as well as monitoring compliance for creative economy players.

“The Ministry of Creative Economy is ready to collaborate with BPJPH. Within the 17 subsectors of the creative economy, the culinary sector has enormous potential for future collaboration. Halal certification for creative economy products circulating in the market is crucial to build consumer trust,” said Teuku Riefky.
Responding to this, Afriansyah Noor expressed BPJPH’s warm welcome toward the Minister’s initiative. He affirmed that BPJPH consistently follows the directives of President Prabowo Subianto regarding its main tasks and functions.
“God willing, BPJPH will continue to be successful, united, and solid in protecting and serving the Indonesian people, the majority of whom are Muslim. We will keep following the President’s directives to ensure that food, beverages, and cosmetic products are halal-certified. May Allah bless us all. Thank you to everyone who attended and offered prayers at today’s event,” said Afriansyah Noor.
