Jakarta, April 14, 2025 – Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky delivered a message on maintaining togetherness and strengthening collaboration during the Ministry of Creative Economy’s Halalbihalal gathering with all work units. The Minister also encouraged his team to continue serving the nation with renewed spirit during this festive occasion.

“Halalbihalal is not merely an annual tradition but also an important moment to strengthen bonds of friendship, enhance collaboration, and unite our hearts, minds, and steps. In this good moment, let us strengthen our togetherness and face the days ahead with synergy, integrity, and professionalism,” said Minister Teuku Riefky at the Halalbihalal held at the Pesona Indonesia Film Building, Jakarta, on Monday, April 14, 2025.
This year’s Halalbihalal, themed “Returning to Purity with Full Creativity,” was simple yet special, as it was also attended by heads of creative economy departments from 38 provinces, as well as representatives of creative economy subsector associations who joined virtually. Former Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy for the 2021–2024 term, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, along with several echelon 1 and 2 officials from his administration, were also present.
“I would like to extend my heartfelt apologies and gratitude to all employees of this ministry. Believe that what we are doing is increasingly meaningful for the nation and the state. Let us continue our service with a renewed spirit, a clean heart, and sincere intentions. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala always bestow His mercy, blessings, and protection upon us in carrying out our duties,” Minister Teuku Riefky said.

The Halalbihalal event also featured a lively gambus music performance and a fashion show by representatives from various work units, who showcased six local brands during the show.
Minister Riefky was accompanied by his wife, Adinda Yuanita, who also serves as Chairperson of the Ministry of Creative Economy Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP). Senior officials including Secretary General Dessy Ruhati, Deputy for Strategic Development of Creative Economy Cecep Rukendi, Deputy for Cultural and Design Creativity Yuke Sri Rahayu, Deputy for Digital Creativity and Technology Muhammad Neil El Himam, and Deputy for Media Creativity Agustini Rahayu.
Under Minister Teuku Riefky’s leadership, Ministry of Creative Economy has set a target of creating 27 million jobs over the next five years, particularly for the younger generation, to ensure quality employment opportunities.

Supported by Deputy Minister Irene Umar, Minister Teuku Riefky is driving the development of all 17 creative economy subsectors to realize the vision and mission of President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran, particularly the third Asta Cita goal: to increase quality employment, foster entrepreneurship, and develop the creative industry.
Through the strengthening of the ecosystem using a hexahelix approach, the Ministry of Creative Economy is expected to serve as the new engine of growth for the national economy, starting from the regions.
