Menekraf Teuku Riefky Harsya bahas kolaborasi dengan NOICE untuk memperkuat ekosistem kreator Indonesia, Jakarta (2025/03/04).
Minister of Creative Economy Riefky explained that the partnership with NOICE aims to empower content creators to present various activities and stories from different regions, thereby expanding the reach of the creative economy subsector.
“This is the kind of collaboration I envision. We have already established regulations for forming creative economy agencies in various regions. Once these agencies are in place, we can build communities through creative programs. We can start by identifying content creators from Jakarta and then expand to other areas such as Bali and Pekanbaru. This collaboration has the potential to create jobs and boost regional income,” said Minister of Creative Economy Riefky.

Riefky also highlighted various collaborative programs that the Ministry has undertaken with content creators, such as talent development in the Merauke food estate area, voice-over training for creative Islamic boarding school students, and strengthening the digital content ecosystem through partnerships with educational institutions.
“We need to establish more comprehensive collaborations, not just ceremonial ones. NOICE already has an ecosystem of content creators, while the Ministry of Creative Economy has partnered with academic institutions to create educational pathways for young content creators. Perhaps we could develop initiatives like NOICE Go Pesantren or Santri Cuan di NOICE, where content can be monetized and serve as a source of income through specialized skills,” Riefky suggested.

During the discussion, Riefky also emphasized the potential of NOICE in developing local horror stories in audio format, which could be integrated into the Jakarta Special Region Government’s 5 Centuries of Jakarta activation program.
Meanwhile, NOICE representatives reaffirmed their position as a leading platform for streaming and digital content commerce in Indonesia. Beyond podcasts, NOICE also provides educational classes, audiobooks, and drama series to support content creators in turning their hobbies into careers.
Chintami Maranata, Head of Creator Development at NOICE, expressed the company’s commitment to continuously expanding the creator ecosystem and supporting content monetization.
“We are always ready to promote activities related to the creative economy. NOICE is also committed to developing an application that helps creators sell their content. Additionally, we want to educate more creators on how to generate income from their content through workshops, intensive bootcamps, and self-learning materials. This collaboration will create a holistic ecosystem and generate a meaningful impact for Indonesia,” Chintami explained.
During the meeting, Minister of Creative Economy Riefky was accompanied by the Deputy for Media Creativity, Agustini Rahayu; the Deputy for Digital Creativity and Technology, Muhammad Neil El Himam; and the Director for Digital Content, Yuana Rochma Astuti.
