Jakarta, 6 April, 2026 – Minister of Creative Economy / Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf), Teuku Riefky Harsya, inaugurated Senior High Leadership Officials and Primary High Leadership Officials to strengthen an adaptive organization and a more productive creative economy performance. The Minister also emphasized the importance of integrity, leadership, and loyalty in carrying out official responsibilities.

“The Ministry continuously maps its human resource potential to accelerate future performance in achieving strategic targets as mandated by the President. Every appointment has gone through careful consideration with one clear objective: the right position will produce the best performance,” said the Minister during the inauguration held at the Auditorium of Gedung Film Pesona Indonesia.

The Minister provided specific directives to the newly appointed officials to be proactive, think out of the box, and focus on programs aimed at strengthening the creative economy ecosystem and supporting future generations. He stressed that the inauguration process is not merely ceremonial, but part of a broader strategy for institutional strengthening that is objective, measurable, and competency-based.
“A position is not merely a title, but a space for service where integrity and leadership are tested. Loyalty must be demonstrated, and the benefits must be felt. Through this momentum, I remind everyone to strengthen their sense of belonging to the institution,” he stated.

Furthermore, the Minister highlighted that the roles entrusted to the officials are strategic in reinforcing an ecosystem that contributes tangibly to the advancement of the 17 creative economy subsectors.
“All officials must have a strong sense of care for the institution we serve, taking responsibility for its progress and reputation. We must also be responsive to relevant issues and be at the forefront in delivering positive narratives to the creative economy ecosystem. In essence, we represent the face of the Ministry,” he emphasized.
