Jakarta, April 14, 2025 – Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya inaugurated three primary high-ranking officials and three functional officials within the Ministry of Creative Economy. Minister Teuku Riefky stressed the urgency of professionalism in building an optimal work culture.

“I would like to emphasize that you must be role models for all ranks under your leadership. I continually remind everyone that we must keep fostering a professional, transparent, and innovative work culture to support the potential of every individual within the team,” said the Minister during the inauguration ceremony held at the Pesona Indonesia Film Building, Jakarta, on Monday, April 14, 2025.
In his address, Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky stated that every commitment and policy taken must align with the Asta Cita vision to realize a creative economy that becomes the new engine of national economic growth. He also emphasized that every policy must serve the public interest and comply with existing regulations.
“In Asta Cita, President Prabowo has given us the strategic task of helping build national self-reliance and contributing to the creation of quality jobs through the development of the creative economy subsectors,” said the Minister.
Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky also called on the newly sworn-in officials to pursue solid and integrated collaboration.
“The trust that has been given to you is not a reward but a responsibility that must be fulfilled. I want to stress that the spirit of public service must be a shared commitment, requiring solid and integrated collaboration starting from the Minister and Deputy Minister, the Secretariat, the Deputies, down to the Directorates and their staff. I invite all newly inaugurated officials to work wholeheartedly, with full dedication, and with the highest integrity,” added Minister Riefky.

Under Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky’s leadership, Ministry of Creative Economy aims to create 27 million quality jobs over the next five years, particularly targeting the younger generation.
With the support of Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar, Minister of Creative Economy Riefky is driving the development of 17 creative economy subsectors to help realize the vision and mission of President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran, particularly Asta Cita point number 3: to increase quality employment, promote entrepreneurship, and develop the creative industries.
Through strengthening the ecosystem using a hexahelix approach, the Ministry of Creative Economy is confident it can become the new engine of national economic growth, starting from the regions.
