The film also encourages audiences to rebuild emotional connections and express love and appreciation to their parents.
“We created this film as a tribute from a child to his mother. We want to demonstrate that film is not merely a form of entertainment, but also an educational tool through which audiences can see, feel, and learn from the stories being told,” said Ferly Halim.
Ferly also expressed hope that collaboration with the government would help expand the film’s promotional reach, allowing its message to resonate with a wider audience.
Produced in Semarang, Central Java, the film incorporates local cultural elements through the use of both Indonesian and Javanese languages, while bringing together talents from the film and music industries.
