Jakarta, 12 September 2025 – The Ministry of Creative Economy reaffirmed its commitment to fully support the development of Indonesia’s digital talent, including through collaboration to create job opportunities and certification programs for mobile technicians. This commitment was conveyed directly by Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya during an audience with the Indonesian team set to compete in the Circuit Global Championship (CGC) World Cup 2025 in Guangzhou, China.

“We are ready to collaborate in creating quality jobs and assisting with certification through relevant institutions, as well as facilitating world-class events in cooperation with DKI Jakarta for its 500th anniversary,” said Minister Riefky during the meeting with Borneo Schematic and Indonesian Mobile Technicians (TESPOIN) at the Ministry of Creative Economy, Jakarta, Friday, 12 September 2025.
Regarding the competition, Minister of Creative Economy Riefky expressed high appreciation for the team that qualified for the world championship finals in China on 17–18 September 2025. He emphasized that TESPOIN’s participation not only represents competition but also demonstrates the significant potential of Indonesia’s application and tech service industry.
“I wish them the best and hope they achieve victory,” said the Minister.
Founder & CEO of Borneo Schematic, Rizal Arsyad Dini, explained that Borneo Schematic is a hardware repair software designed to assist mobile and laptop technicians in performing their work. Used by technicians from 197 countries worldwide, Borneo Schematic is a tangible example of local innovation with global competitiveness.
“We also run a training institution called Borneo Flasher Indonesia, which has graduated 3,000 alumni both domestically and internationally. We hope the government can assist with regulations as there is high demand for Indonesian technicians to work abroad,” Rizal added.

The CGC World Cup 2025 brings together the world’s best mobile technicians to compete, network, and showcase their expertise. Indonesia will be represented by 11 participants, including four winners of the Borneo Championship CGC Indonesia 2025 and seven officials. Their participation strengthens Indonesia’s position as a hub of excellence in digital repair technology.
Minister of Creative Economy Riefky was accompanied by Deputy for Digital Creativity and Technology Muhammad Neil El Himam, Director of Games Luat S.P. Sihombing, Director of ICT Services Abdul Malik, and Acting Director of Applications Wahyu Wicaksono.
