Jakarta, 30 April 2026 – The Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) inaugurated Administrative and Functional Officials within the Ministry to strengthen organizational governance and the performance of the creative economy sector.
Secretary of the Ministry/Secretary of the Creative Economy Agency, Dessy Ruhati, officiated the inauguration of Administrative and Functional Officials within the Ministry of Creative Economy in Jakarta on Thursday (30/4/2026).
The inauguration, held at the Ministry of Creative Economy Office on Thursday (30/4), was marked by the oath-taking ceremony witnessed by appointed witnesses and a religious official, signifying a commitment to the responsibilities entrusted in the positions.
The appointed officials are Viky Pemuda Indra Sakti, S.H., as Head of the Administrative Support Division at the Bureau of Planning and Finance, and Mutiara Nenny Pratiwi as First Expert Policy Analyst at the Directorate of Crafts.
“Today is not merely an inauguration, but the beginning of a renewed commitment. To the newly appointed policy analyst, I expect sharp, relevant analysis that can be translated into concrete solutions for strengthening priority subsectors. Likewise, to the Head of Administrative Support Division at the Bureau of Planning and Finance, ensure that the administrative system serves as a reliable, fast, and accurate backbone of the organization, and supports strategic decision-making,” said the Secretary of the Ministry/Secretary of the Creative Economy Agency, Dessy Ruhati.

Dessy also emphasized three key principles that must be upheld by the officials: integrity, professionalism, and collaboration. These principles are essential to ensure the organization operates optimally and delivers tangible impact to society.
“Integrity is non-negotiable; there is no compromise in honesty and accountability. Professionalism is a necessity; decisions must be data-driven, not based on assumptions. And collaboration is key, because no success is achieved alone,” she stressed.
Dessy further reminded that the positions entrusted are mandates that must be carried out with full responsibility and dedication. She encouraged all newly appointed officials to work wholeheartedly and leave a meaningful legacy through impactful performance.

The appointed officials are expected to uphold the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution in carrying out their duties, while recognizing the moral dimension of the oath as a form of both institutional and personal accountability.
This inauguration also reinforces an adaptive, efficient, and results-oriented bureaucracy, aligned with the agenda of work culture transformation and national resilience. This spirit is reflected in the #KitaMulaiCaraBaru campaign as a call to drive more effective and sustainable work practices.

The event was also attended by Deputy for Media Creativity, Cecep Rukendi, along with echelon II officials of the Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency.
