Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Teuku Riefky Harsya, memberikan apresiasi kepada tujuh fotografer profesional serta membuka peluang kolaborasi untuk menghadirkan ruang-ruang kreatif. Jakarta, Kamis (18/12/2025).

“I would like to express my appreciation for this collaboration. We welcome the input received, which will be considered in developing programs for 2026 that enable us to collaborate again. With professionals involved, the ecosystem can grow stronger, more professional, and more standardized. Perhaps there is also a need for a joint event to help energize this industry,” said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya during the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the seven photographers at the Ministry of Creative Economy office in Jakarta on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya commended the collaboration that has been established and emphasized that photography plays a strategic role in shaping institutional image while also strengthening the creative ecosystem. The seven photographers who received certificates of appreciation were Darwis Triadi, Anton Ismael, Martha Suherman, Arbain Rambey, Ifan Hartanto, Azmi File, and Aldo Sinarta.

This activity formed part of the recognition of professional photographers’ contributions in presenting visual representations of state institutions through photographic works. In addition to the certificate presentation, Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya also held an audience with the photographers to hear firsthand the challenges faced within the national photography ecosystem.

Professional photographer Darwis Triadi highlighted the importance of providing creative spaces as a platform for showcasing photographic works in order to generate sustainable economic circulation.

“Perhaps by providing creative spaces, we can regularly exhibit works in certain venues. With consistent events, over time the public will be able to better appreciate this profession visually,” he expressed.

This is also intended to support creative economy professionals and open up B2B collaboration opportunities,” said Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya.

This initiative is part of the Ministry of Creative Economy’s efforts to build an integrated, professional, and market-oriented photography ecosystem, while also expanding promotional access for national photographers.
