Kementerian Ekonomi Kreatif jembatani 12 brand fashion ke pasar global lewat program ASIK Fashion Connect yang berlangsung di Perpustakaan Nasional RI, Selasa (9/12/2025).
“ASIK Fashion Connect is not merely a celebration—it is a gateway to the export market, a space for collaboration and networking that strengthens opportunities for entering the global stage,” said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene during the event held at the National Library of Indonesia on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.
The ASIK program, initiated by the Ministry, is designed to prepare creative industry players with export-ready capacity to penetrate international markets. ASIK Fashion Connect 2025 marks the culmination of the ASIK Batch I capacity-building program, aiming to enhance global exposure for Indonesia’s modest fashion, sustainable fashion, and craft-based design. It also seeks to build sustained networks among designers, producers, and global market players to accelerate national creative economy growth.

Carrying the theme “Connecting Indonesian Creativity to the Global Market,” ASIK Fashion Connect integrates business matching and networking forums through creative brand presentations, alongside fashion exhibitions and fashion shows, forming a comprehensive series of activities to support the export acceleration of Indonesian creative products.
During the event, Deputy for Cultural and Design Creativity, Yuke Sri Rahayu, underscored the strategic role of ASIK Fashion Connect in linking local creativity with international fashion and business networks.
“Through collaborations among creative players, buyers, and global fashion industry stakeholders, this event showcases a new face of Indonesian fashion—distinctive, competitive, and export-oriented. This program reinforces the Ministry’s role as a key facilitator in expanding exports of creative fashion products,” she explained.

Held at the National Library building in Jakarta, the brand presentation facilitated 12 curated brands—10 fashion brands and 2 accessories brands selected from ASIK Batch I participants who are ready to enter the global market. The forum connected them with national and international buyers, opening opportunities for new business collaborations, including export deals, joint collections, and licensing.
ASIK Fashion Connect also featured a Creative Export Corner, a mini exhibition showcasing products and catalogs from selected ASIK Batch I participants, accessible directly by buyers and media.
The twelve selected brands were: Rengganis, KaIND, ASTIGA LEATHER, Rubysh, BRILIANTO, dots Indonesia, Batik Widayati, Anantari, GLOESHOES, ALRAFI, APIKMEN, and maima.
Each brand presented its signature collections with narratives of sustainability and business potential, visualized interactively to reflect a transformation from local craftsmanship to global contemporary design through the event’s series of activities—from brand presentations and exhibitions to fashion shows.
