With this, the digital industry now has a legal foundation that enables intangible assets such as creative content to be used as collateral for loans or investment. We aim to ensure that the digital industry has legally and professionally recognized instruments for assessing their business value,” the Minister said.
The Head of BSSN emphasized the importance of synergy with the Ministry of Creative Economy to strengthen national cyber sovereignty. He added that the efficient use of electronic signatures has contributed significantly to state savings.
