Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya stated that technological adoption, including AI, is a strategic step in creating a resilient, innovative, and adaptive creative economy ecosystem.
“AI is not simply about technology, but about providing creative industry players with tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and product competitiveness. Through digital mastery, MSMEs are expected to reach wider markets without losing their Indonesian identity,” said the Minister of Creative Economy.
Participants consisted of business actors from the culinary, craft, and fashion subsectors, taking part in practical training, mentoring, and technology demonstrations by local AI startups. The program aims to strengthen the capabilities of creative economy players to become more adaptive and competitive in the digital era.

The Ministry of Creative Economy notes that more than 90 percent of MSMEs in Indonesia have not yet optimized AI usage. Through KreasiAI, participants learned to produce product photos and promotional videos, develop branding strategies, and apply the Four-Step Test of Work Originality to avoid copyright infringement.
