Jakarta, June 3, 2026 – The Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency discussed potential cooperation opportunities with PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The exploratory collaboration focuses on providing integrated transportation support for various creative events.
Deputy Minister of Creative Economy, Irene Umar, receives an audience with PT Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) at the Ministry of Creative Economy Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (3/6/2026).
“We highly welcome the intention of the business sector to contribute to advancing Indonesia’s creative economy. Efficient transportation is essential to enable creative practitioners to collaborate and expand their markets more easily,” said Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar during the meeting held at the Ministry of Creative Economy Office in Jakarta on Wednesday (3/6).
During the meeting, discussions focused on encouraging TRAC to strengthen its marketing strategy so that its services can reach a broader individual consumer market, rather than being recognized primarily among corporations and institutions. The Deputy Minister provided input for TRAC to actively promote its services in strategic locations such as airports and to participate in major events, including music and arts festivals, through fresh and creative campaign collaborations.

“TRAC needs to broaden its reach to the wider public through creative marketing strategies in public spaces such as airports and festivals, while also collaborating with local creators to remain relevant to current youth trends. We are ready to support this effort by connecting TRAC with our partners across various activities. However, TRAC should first develop a clear cooperation scheme that it can offer,” added the Deputy Minister.
As an integrated mobility service provider under the Astra Group, with a fleet of more than 37,000 vehicles, TRAC is committed to integrating transportation ecosystems at national events and facilitating airport pickup services for travelers, including through the TRACtoGo application. Drawing on its experience as the official transportation partner for numerous major concerts and festivals, TRAC is prepared to provide premium services that enable creative industry players to move more efficiently and effectively, in line with its vision of delivering benefits to the nation and society.

The insights and recommendations she shared are extremely helpful and will be followed up immediately as an initial step in exploring collaboration opportunities to support and ensure the success of various creative economy initiatives across Indonesia,” said Halomoan Fischer Lumbantoruan, Director of PT Serasi Autoraya.
Several potential areas of cooperation were discussed, including transportation support for festivals, exhibitions, film productions, and tourism packages in creative cities. This collaboration is expected to build on TRAC’s successful involvement in major events such as the G20 Indonesia 2022 and the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2023.
