Banda Aceh, 25 November 2025 — The Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency, through the Synergy, Incubation, Acceleration, and Strengthening (SIAP) 2025 Program, held an Acceleration Program for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Entrepreneurs in Aceh. Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Teuku Riefky Harsya, memberi sambutan pada acara Akselerasi Pegiat Usaha Jasa Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Hotel Grand Permata Hati Syariah, Banda Aceh, Selasa (25/11/2025).
“SIAP 2025 is a concrete government step to strengthen the foundation of ICT entrepreneurs so they can level up and expand competitiveness in both national and global markets. With innovation and collaboration, we are confident that Indonesia’s digital creative economy ecosystem will continue to grow, become more independent, and create competitive global employment opportunities,” said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya at Grand Permata Hati Syariah Hotel, Banda Aceh, on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
The program included technical training, simulation and implementation exercises, mentoring sessions, and collaborative discussion forums focused on enhancing business capacity and readiness. Participants engaged in the program as part of a strategy to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem based on technology.
The program aims to solidify business foundations, improve technical competence, and prepare entrepreneurs to compete nationally and internationally. Minister Riefky emphasized that through SIAP Acceleration in Aceh, creative economy practitioners are expected to increase capacity, generate new employment opportunities for the community, and strengthen synergy among stakeholders in building a creative ecosystem network.

He further noted that the government, through the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, has allocated IDR 10 trillion in People’s Business Credit (KUR) for the creative industry in 2026. Intellectual Property (IP) certificates may also serve as additional collateral for loans.
“We will provide guidance for this specialized KUR, as the Ministry of Creative Economy has the role of accelerating the development of creative economy practitioners. The talent in nearly every region we visit is extraordinary for this sector. Our goal is to prepare for the Golden Generation 2045,” he added.
SIAP participants included 20 ICT-based enterprises domiciled in Aceh, primarily from Banda Aceh (75%), followed by Aceh Besar (20%) and Central Aceh (5%). The businesses represented diverse categories, including e-commerce/marketplace, AI & data analytics, EdTech, SaaS, IoT, fintech, and digital services such as web design and maintenance.
As a follow-up, selected enterprises will be facilitated to join a Business Forum in Bandung/Jakarta in mid-December 2025. The forum will connect entrepreneurs with investors, venture capital, and crowdfunding platforms to open funding, capital, and investment opportunities, addressing common challenges faced by ICT entrepreneurs seeking to scale their businesses.
“After this, we will hold a ‘Business Forum’ to address these challenges. The 20 participants will meet in Bandung with 140 others from West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Jakarta. The aim is to resolve these issues through direct engagement with potential investors,” said ICT Director Adam Malik.
