Jakarta, June 15, 2025 – The Ministry of Creative Economy is supporting the expansion of the creative economy, particularly the culinary subsector, through the Café & Brasserie Expo (CBE) Indonesia. The Ministry recognizes that the culinary subsector has high appeal and is increasingly popular among the public.

“The beverage market in Indonesia is beginning to show highly promising growth potential. Cross-sector collaboration through events like this is essential to support the expansion of the national creative economy to achieve inclusive development goals for the culinary sector,” said Amir Hamzah, Secretary of the Deputy for Cultural Creativity and Design of the Ministry of Creative Economy, during the CBE Expo 2025 Kick-Off Launching event on June 3.
CBE Indonesia 2025 serves as a strategic umbrella for strong communities, including the Indonesia Coffee Festival (ICF), Chocolate Expo Indonesia (CEI), Indonesia Tea Festival (ITF), and Indonesia Wine Festival (IWF). The presence of CBE Indonesia 2025 represents a new integrative approach through four main pillars: exhibitions for the coffee, chocolate, tea, and wine industries.
This synergy creates an ecosystem that brings together creative economy talents, creative communities, and consumers in one collaborative space. In addition, CBE Indonesia 2025 serves as a curated platform that highlights the origin of ingredients, production processes, and the sustainability values of beverage products.
The Ministry of Creative Economy, in collaboration with the Ministries of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry, Agriculture, and State-Owned Enterprises, is prepared to support CBE 2025, organized by Panorama Media. The event will be held on October 10–12, 2025, at NICE (Nusantara International Convention Exhibition), PIK 2—an emerging destination for creative business and lifestyle in Jakarta.
“We are pleased that coffee, tea, chocolate, and wine are now in the spotlight, reflecting the shift in consumer lifestyles and tastes. Café & Brasserie Expo 2025 serves as a stage for curation, where artisans, local brands, and communities can showcase the quality, values, and stories behind every flavor. It is also becoming part of the culture, economy, and a new narrative in Indonesia’s food and beverage industry,” said Royanto Handaya, President Director of Panorama Media.

With the global beverage market projected to reach USD 2.3 trillion by 2030, Indonesia holds significant potential to expand its role in the culinary industry. CBE 2025 is not only an exhibition but also a platform for brand development, business networking, and idea exchange. It is a strategic step toward building a strong foundation for the growth of a globally competitive F&B sector.
“We are building Café & Brasserie Expo as a collaborative and inclusive space where ideas, opportunities, and experiences converge. We hope that CBE 2025 will not only attract large crowds but also create real opportunities for business growth and cross-sector collaboration,” said Luhur Tri Atmojo, Project Manager of CBE Indonesia.
