Jakarta, December 10, 2025 — The Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency continues to promote technological innovation in the creative economy sector to expand access to employment opportunities for the younger generation. The concept of the new engine of growth remains a central pillar for the Ministry of Creative Economy in realizing this objective.
Wakil Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Irene Umar, menerima audiensi Temu Sejahtera Visiutama (TEMU) di Kantor Kementerian Ekraf, Jakarta, Rabu (10/12/2025).
This discussion was conveyed by Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar during an audience with Temu Sejahtera Visiutama (TEMU), a social enterprise focused on improving access to employment for vocational graduates, including senior high school and vocational high school (SMA/SMK) graduates. Cross-sector collaboration was also discussed as a means to accelerate the development of young talent ready to contribute to the growth of the creative economy sector.
“Models such as TEMU demonstrate how creativity, data, and technology can become the new engine of growth. The Ministry of Creative Economy is ready to strengthen the utilization of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in accordance with Ministry of Creative Economy Regulation Number 6 of 2025, so that innovations created by the nation’s youth generate more sustainable economic value, while also supporting an inclusive, effective, and competency-based recruitment ecosystem,” said Deputy Minister Irene during the audience at Autograph Tower, Jakarta, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
TEMU is an impact-based startup that has been developing standardized recruitment solutions since 2016. The platform offers digital CVs, candidate scoring, game-based onboarding, and data-driven job fair mapping.
All of these innovations are designed to address industry needs for job-ready young talent, accelerate candidate–company matching processes, and open broader opportunities for vocational graduates to connect with the industrial ecosystem, including the creative economy sector.

She further added that the standardization of data, competencies, and job-matching processes is a crucial foundation to ensure that innovations such as TEMU are truly able to respond to industry needs, reduce skills mismatch, and strengthen the quality of Indonesia’s vocational talent.
CEO & Founder of TEMU, Maral Dipodiputro, stated that the meeting resulted in two main collaboration opportunities, namely the integration of the TEMU platform with the creative economy ecosystem to more accurately map workforce needs across 17 subsectors, as well as strengthening business sustainability through data utilization and monetization of cross-industry digital assets.

This collaboration is expected to serve as a tangible contribution to accelerating digital transformation and expanding job opportunities for Indonesia’s vocational generation.
