"This initiative reinforces the creative economy ecosystem through the hexahelix approach, involving collaboration between the government, businesses, communities, academics, media, and financial institutions. The Ministry of Creative Economy consistently works with these key pillars to support the creative economy’s growth through various strategic initiatives," said Minister of Creative Economy Riefky.
The Signed Memorandums of Understanding Include:
A strategic partnership with TVRI, strengthening synergy between public media platforms and government policies.
Collaboration with PT KAI to utilize its assets as promotional media for local Intellectual Property (IP), aiming to expand reach.
BNI’s support, focusing on leveraging banking services and improving financial access for creative economy players.
Partnership with PARFI 56 to enhance human resource quality in the film sub-sector and promote innovative creative economy products.
Cooperation with Hotel Borobudur Jakarta to showcase leading creative economy products throughout Ramadan
At the event, Didiek Hartantyo, President Director of PT KAI, expressed enthusiasm for making train stations new creative economy destinations.
"This hexahelix breakthrough deserves appreciation. Today’s agreement can soon be implemented. KAI has 600 active stations that can serve as hubs for creative economy development. These stations can become mall destinations, entertaining while attracting young generations and driving economic value in the creative sector. Let’s implement this immediately to accelerate economic growth across various regions," said Didiek Hartantyo.
Echoing this enthusiasm, Iman Brotoseno, President Director of LPP TVRI, welcomed the collaboration, highlighting TVRI's transformation into a new media ecosystem to support inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

"LPP TVRI is shifting its paradigm beyond just being a public broadcaster. We are transforming into a content creator to provide information about the new media ecosystem, including the creative economy. We have 32 Class A broadcasting stations in each provincial capital, offering creative hubs for workshops, seminars, and discussions. Additionally, we own a 25-hectare natural studio in Depok, complete with lakes and forests, prepared as a filming location. Everyone here is committed to supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, including enhancing workforce quality," added Iman Brotoseno.
Meanwhile, Marcella Zalianty of PARFI 56 expressed optimism about collaboration in data exchange, human resource development—especially in the film sub-sector—and the marketing and development of creative economy products. She also praised Minister of Creative Economy Riefky’s vision.

We can see that Indonesia’s film industry has grown significantly in recent years, whether in terms of audience numbers, production volume, or its contribution to GDP. We need strong synergy, particularly in regenerating and improving film industry talent. Beyond economic aspects, we must also prioritize the welfare and security of film industry workers. A progressive nation supports its creative economy. I hope we can take action soon," said Marcella Zalianty.
