Jakarta, 31 March, 2026 – The Ministry of Creative Economy / Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf) is exploring collaboration with Folago Global Nusantara to strengthen the development of creative talent and the creative economy ecosystem.
Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, received an audience from Folago Global Nusantara at the Ministry of Creative Economy office in Jakarta on Tuesday (March 31, 2026).
The meeting between the Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, and Folago Global Nusantara at the Ministry’s office in Jakarta discussed human resource capacity, expansion of ecosystem access, and opportunities for creator monetization.
The Minister emphasized that cross-sector collaboration is key to positioning the creative economy as the new engine of growth while also generating quality employment opportunities.
“Collaboration with partners such as Folago is essential to strengthen the creator ecosystem, including expanding outreach to regions and enhancing the capacity of local talent,” said the Minister of Creative Economy on Tuesday (March 31).
The CEO of Folago Global Nusantara, Subioto Jingga, explained that Folago presents an integrated ecosystem through six main units: Folago Academy, Folago AI, Folago Pictures, Folago Pro, Kita Klip, and Folago Social Commerce. This ecosystem is designed to support creators from the early stages through to monetization.
“Indonesia has enormous creative talent potential; however, the challenge lies in converting that potential into tangible economic value. In line with the government’s efforts, we established Folago Academy to connect creators with the production ecosystem through to content distribution,” said Subioto Jingga.

The Folago Academy program is implemented inclusively without age restrictions, with most activities conducted in the form of free workshops. All programs are designed to help participants discover their interests and define their development path as professional creators. The program also involves collaboration with universities, local communities, as well as promotional support through partner networks and digital platforms.
In response to these opportunities, the Minister of Creative Economy emphasized the importance of selecting joint programs that are impactful and can be implemented promptly.
“We need to focus on programs that directly reach creators, for example through strengthening talent within academy programs. From the eight Asta Ekraf, we can identify which areas can be pursued together, as the opportunities are widely open,” he explained.
