Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, received a visit from Rizky Riplay at the Ministry of Creative Economy Office, Jakarta, Thursday (7/5/2026).

“We are currently exploring various collaboration opportunities to ensure that creators such as Rizky Riplay can continue to grow and scale up. The focus is on discussing the integration between creativity and economic value so that local IP can become a major player in the global entertainment industry,” said the Minister of Creative Economy during the meeting with Rizky Riplay at the Ministry of Creative Economy Office, Jakarta, Thursday (7/5).

The meeting marked an initial step in exploring various potential synergies, ranging from opportunities to utilize the latest animation technologies to the development of competencies for young animators. Discussions also covered the possibility of collaboration in joint promotional schemes and strengthening IP legal aspects to reinforce the economic value of local creative works in the future.

“This initiative is part of our proactive efforts to support content downstreaming in line with the President’s Asta Cita program, so that people can shift from consuming foreign animations to local works. The success of Rizky Riplay in the priority subsector of film, animation, and video must be replicated so that regional talents can strengthen their own local brands,” said the Minister of Creative Economy.
