During the event, Christopher began the process of painting the National Monument (Monas) directly at the location. He was accompanied by eight painters from the SBY Art Community, including four young artists from Institut Kesenian Jakarta (IKJ).
This painting is part of an art project that will take Christopher to explore various regions in Indonesia to capture cultural richness through painting. In each region he visits, Christopher will work with Indonesian painters, opening up spaces for creative learning and expanding the network of artists between regions.

Painting is not only an aesthetic expression, but also an economic instrument that can elevate Indonesia's image on the global stage,” said Minister Teuku Riefky.
