Bandung, June 20, 2025 – The roadshow and Voiceover Clinic of the national program Wonder Voice of Indonesia (WVI) 2025, held at Bandung Creative Hub, was successfully conducted with 60 participants from diverse backgrounds, including students, college students, and young professionals. Officially launched by the Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, on May 17, 2025, this program is a hexahelix collaboration between the Ministry of Creative Economy, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bandung City, and the Voice Institute Indonesia.

Carrying the theme "The New Engine of Growth," the program positions the voice arts subsector as a new driver of national economic development.
This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Creative Economy's mission, namely Creative Economy Talents, which aims to generate quality job opportunities by supporting professional voiceover talents ready to contribute across various subsectors, including advertising, animation, film, game, and audio-based technologies.
In her opening remarks, Deputy for Creative Media at the Ministry of Creative Economy, Agustini Rahayu, emphasized voiceover’s potential to create new job opportunities and expressed hope that Wonder Voice of Indonesia would inspire participants to see voiceover as a promising economic prospect.
of the Bandung City Department of Culture and Tourism, Adi Junjunan MustafaHead, added that the presence of Wonder Voice of Indonesia in Bandung is expected to discover talented young individuals with voiceover potential and to jointly grow the creative economy through their golden voices.
Since its debut in 2022, Wonder Voice of Indonesia has made significant achievements:
• Reached over 2 million people nationwide
• Generated more than 10,000 voice content contributions from the public
• Delivered PR value equivalent to IDR 1.6 billion
• Contributed over IDR 1.1 billion to the creative economy’s GDP and boosted employment up to 2024

The WVI roadshow in Bandung is part of a national series of events, with upcoming stops in Makassar and Yogyakarta. Participants will move forward to the Voice Over Challenge, a nationwide voiceover competition open to the public.
Selected participants will proceed to the online training phase, Wonder Voice from Home, followed by the selection of the top 10 finalists who will be invited to the Voice Over Camp in Jakarta. The program will conclude with career development opportunities through the Voice People Indonesia community ecosystem.
Through WVI 2025, the Ministry of Creative Economy reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the voice arts sector as a strategic subsector in line with its vision to develop an innovation-driven, skill-based, and cross-sector collaborative creative economy ecosystem.
