Following the meeting, Yuji sampled jamu at Suwe Ora Jamu in Sarinah Thamrin, Jakarta, and explored traditional market snacks at Sarisari, also in Sarinah Thamrin. These activities allowed Yuji to gain a deeper appreciation of Indonesia’s culinary heritage, particularly wellness traditions based on jamu, which are being actively promoted as part of the creative economy’s culinary and wellness sectors.
“I didn’t expect jamu to taste so balanced—traditional yet modern. Each recipe tells a unique story. This is an experience I truly want to share with my audience,” Yuji said.
As a global content creator and polyglot, Yuji produces multilingual content for international audiences. His ability to communicate across languages makes him an important bridge for introducing Indonesian culture and creative products to a global digital audience.
