Jakarta, 6 March, 2026 – Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency Teuku Riefky Harsya discussed opportunities for collaboration with the digital audio and video content platform NOICE in strengthening Indonesia’s digital creator ecosystem. “Many creators come to us with films or content they want to publish, but they do not yet know where to take them. This is where collaboration with platforms like NOICE becomes important, because these works can be recommended for curation and connected with the right distribution ecosystem,” said Teuku Riefky Harsya while receiving the NOICE delegation at Autograph Tower, Jakarta, on Friday, March 6, 2026.

The meeting reaffirmed cooperation between the Ministry of Creative Economy and NOICE, continuing discussions from 2025 while opening broader opportunities to encourage the growth of local digital creators and the creative economy as the new engine of growth. Teuku Riefky Harsya emphasized the importance of creating the right distribution channels for film creators and digital content producers. The Ministry of Creative Economy encourages collaboration with digital platforms so that creators’ works can be distributed optimally and connected to a wider distribution ecosystem.

He added that the Ministry of Creative Economy is opening opportunities through creative talent development programs, such as Emak-Emak Matic, which encourages communities—especially housewives—to become content creators and participants in the digital economy. The government is also working to connect the national creator ecosystem, including communities and associations of content creators, with digital platforms such as NOICE so that their works can access broader distribution and monetization channels.

In addition, creative economy players whose works are based on intellectual property can utilize the Intellectual Property (IP)-based financing scheme through People’s Business Credit (KUR) to support the production and development of digital content, with assistance from the Ministry of Creative Economy together with platform partners.

Meanwhile, Chief Business Officer of NOICE, Niken Sasmaya, explained that NOICE continues to develop the creator ecosystem through innovative digital content monetization models. The platform has recorded more than five million downloads and offers various content formats such as podcasts, audio series, and digital films. According to Niken, NOICE creates a fan economy ecosystem, where creators can monetize their works directly to audiences, determine content pricing, and utilize distribution and promotional features on the platform.

“We want to help creators not only produce works but also earn income directly from their audiences. Our affiliate program also allows communities to help promote creators’ content and earn commissions from sales,” said Niken Sasmaya.

This meeting is expected to further strengthen collaboration between the Ministry of Creative Economy and NOICE in supporting the growth of Indonesia’s digital creator ecosystem. Through the synergy between the government, digital platforms, and creator communities, it is hoped that more creative talents will be able to develop their works, expand content distribution, and generate new economic value for the national creative industry.
